Surveying Xperts is an independent domestic energy assessment business in Swindon, run by accredited assessor Raf Rocha. We serve homeowners, landlords, agents, local councils and housing associations.
A little about us
We're a small, independent business, and that's deliberate.
When you call, you speak to Raf, the assessor who will visit your property. When you have a question afterwards, you ask the person who did the work. There's no call centre, no booking platform taking a cut, and no waiting several days for a certificate to come back from a third party.
Our focus is on Energy Performance Certificates that give property owners, buyers, landlords and housing associations the information they need to make sensible decisions. Alongside EPCs we produce professional floor plans, carry out stock condition surveys, and arrange landlord gas safety certificates through our partner Gas Safe registered engineer.
Our mission
To make a required piece of compliance as quick and painless as possible: accurate assessment, same-day certificate, fair fixed price, no fuss.
Not VAT registered. It sounds like a technicality, but it matters: there's no VAT added to your quote and no booking fee on top. The price we tell you is the price you pay.

Accreditation
Accreditation isn't optional for a domestic energy assessor. Certificates can only be lodged through a government-approved accreditation body, and you can check any assessor on the government's Find an energy assessor service.
